I would give it five it five stars except for one very serious issue. Most of the drivers are wonderful but there is one driver who should not be allowed to drive. No matter how many complaints about his reckless driving, injuries and intimidating behavior, it seems to only reinforce his behavior and attitude that he can get away with anything. It does nothing to complain about this man's dangerous and abusive behavior because it seems he will be supported no matter what. He does not want the disabled aboard his bus, refuses to help them and tells ls them they must find other means of transportation. The transit authority does not seem to take any of the complaints seriously or he would nolonger be there.
