This is the best please for home medical supplies in the Acton area. Customer service was quick, courteous and knowledgeable.

This company did go thru a lot of staff changes earlier this year and it was really hard to get answers. But the new staff is great. They were able to get me what I wanted right away. I almost went somewhere else but the store is close to my house. I'm glad I tried them again, because it's way better now.

This company is by far the worst company to do business with! Their continuously changing staff & inconsistency have forced me to take my business elsewhere. The customer service girls are uneducated about product and insurance reimbursement. I've also called several times to change my clients products and still received the same product that I didn't ask for! After receiving the wrong shipment, I called back only to learn that the woman I originally spoke to was no longer with the company. I had to yet again explain what my client needed all over again. This new girl had no idea what I was asking for and therefore I was on hold for several minutes while she went to find out. She claimed she needed to call me back with the answer and never did! A&A Medical Supply lacks the knowledge, employee constinency, and customer service. I do not recommend this business.

I have nothing good to say about this company. I had gone in there a few days ago for the third time to buy items for a client. The staff had changed yet again from the last time I was there only a few weeks ago. No one there knew the pricing of the products and I had to wait a very long time to find out. I also found the staff to be extremely unprofessional. When I walked in it took a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. In baseball it's three stikes and your out, well this is their out. I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
