Al Cianfarini is the Best. We had an unusual situation (an offer on our house when we were not listed) and we needed a realtor's help ASAP! Al had helped us buy our house 24 years earlier and we decided to call him for guidance and support as we had a good experience with him back then. We reasoned that he was now even more highly experienced and we saw that he owned his own agency and had excellent reviews, Al quickly put us at ease and immediately got moving on helping us get the offer in hand. He then lead us through the ups and downs of the selling process. He stayed calm, offered good suggestions and we closed as expected in mid February. We wouldn't hesitate to use Al or his agency again for buying or selling as we have had experience working with him on both. He is honest, hard working and totally professional in all his dealings with his clients. We highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

Remax Regal Realty in Abington PA is one of the worst real estate agency I have ever come across. The owner AL is rude and nasty and the staff is not very friendly at all. I would not recommend this place at all.
