- Primary CareContact our office. If you are a member in a HMO, you are responsible for contacting your primary care physician for a referral. They will either give you the referral or it will be sent to us electronically. If we can’t confirm a valid referral at the time of your visit, you may pay at that time or reschedule. Co-pays are due at the time of your visit.
- Emergency CareIf your emergency cannot wait for a response from the physician, please go to the nearest emergency room for care or dial 911 for emergency assistance.
- ColonoscopyColon cancer is one of the most common types of cancer, affecting 150,000 people each year in the United States. The majority of these cases are preventable. Colon cancer increases with age and does not cause any symptoms for most people in its early stages. As a result, identifying risk factors (such as benign polyps) or early signs of cancer is essential to treating the cancer as early as possible. Although there are a variety of ways to screen for colon cancer, most experts feel colonoscopy is the best approach.
