Quick to sell you the product. However, the installation and communication from the salesman to the installers is far from acceptable. They were suppose to call and schedule a time to install. Instead I get a phone call and was told they are on their way. Gave me no prep time to get anything moved or arraigned for them. Then they get here and they are two guys are so overwhelmed that they barely get one room done in over 8 hrs time. Then I spend the rest of the night getting other rooms cleared out and prepped for them, because they are horrible furniture movers and I don't want any more of my furniture damaged. The installers then tell me they will be back at 7am the next day to finally show up at 8:45. Asked why they are late they said they had to get supplies. Why tell your customers one thing and do another. Very dissatisfied and wished I didn't ever bother with this company. I should have no better from the looks of their disorganized showroom that they would do disorganized work too.

The job was for about 45 sq. ft. of tile installation in the entry way. One week later it is still not complete. We are waiting for the carpet edge to be finished along the tiled surface. The quality of the tile installation looks like a child did it. I could have done that myself with no experience. The tiles are uneven, they were not cleaned well after grout was dried and they left a grout mess outside our front door where they mixed it. The installer's beverage cup is still there as well. After serious complaining they did replace 4 tiles that were not the same color. Don't call the installer, he will call you (not!). The installer was to come finish the carpet edge on Friday around noon. Never happened, no call, nothing. I doubt this company will be in business much longer. Go to a big box store where they care about quality and respect of your property.
