Went on Thursday April 30 at 1 pm and the place was clean, filters were clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. I noticed old negative ads and positive notes that are more current, so I decided to give it a try. Glad I did. I expected to have to use two machines because they are usually smaller. I could have fit in more. Usually the load takes around forty minutes but at home thirty. I decided to try 30 and I probably could have gotten away with 24. I brought quarters and the machines use cards. Since I was not a regular the staff pleasantly took the quarters and used a card. Even the customers were friendly and helped each other. Recommend it.

Don't go here! I used to really like this place because the machines worked great and it was very clean, but the past several times I have been here things have really gone downhill. The manager on duty at this place yesterday afternoon was so unhelpful. I asked for help with a machine and was told it was not her problem. She seemed irritated that I had interrupted her personal call, but since she was on her cell phone most of the time I was there, I am not sure how I was to avoid that. I had quite a bit of laundry and since I was getting anywhere with her, I split my clothes into four dryers to speed things up - finally left an hour and a half later with very damp clothes that I took home to hang up and "air dry". In all fairness to this place, the other ladies that I used to see working in there were all generally very helpful, and they worked hard to keep the place up - so perhaps it is just this one worker that has bringing things down. Such a shame really b/c this used to be a great place.
