Provided by YP.comhave medicare and got denied approval after they let me feel out half the paper work.. then the nurse in the back said they would not see me! I HAVE MEDICARE!!! and it was for mental health wth is wrong with this place

Provided by DexKnowsI give this overall 5 stars. The Dr.'s are nice and know what they are doing. As for the secretaries and the billing lady they yes get things messed up, as with our insurance company they still have not submitted a lot of bills to our insurance co. Leaving me without meds that I need. I was told that they submitted the bills only to find multiple bills in my mailbox for the past several years that should have been sent to the insurance co. I got the run around from this lady and when I called her back to let her know what our insurance co said, she stated that they had indeed sent the bills in but they were denied, This was a LIE my husband went to the ins. co. and he seen on their computer that no such bills were sent to them. As a result I am now out of some of my meds and cannot get them filled until this gets straightened out. Make sure that they bill the right ins. for your bills or you will end up without meds and won't be seen because of their mistake. When I asked the lady for the number of whom I should call I got hung up on. Good luck people. Again the Dr's are good, just make sure they get your info correct.

Provided by DexKnowsThair doctors is very nice,the wait time is from 10-45 minents,in the labatory you only wait 1-10 minents,they care about you,the pharmacy has your Medicans ready in 10-20 minents.

You cannot call and get an appt. you have to GO TO THEIR OFFICE AND GET A "NEW PATIENT PACKAGE" FILL IT OUT AND "BE APPROVED" BEFORE YOU CAN SEE ANYONE. LIKE A JOB INTERVIEW! All I wanted was the Nurse Practitioner to use their ear cleaning method on me...but AFTER Approval I would have to have a set-up Dr.s Visit/ appointment and then another appointment to actually get what I want to have done. CAN YOU SAY MONEY HUNGRY, NON-SERVICE & PATIENT ORIENTED. I don't need a Medical Dr. I have one...I just needed an ear cleaning. This Drs. Group needs a serious policy and attitude adjustment!
