All reports are delivered in a timely professional manner in PDF format USPAP compliant together with all descriptive photographs in accordance with nationally recognized appraisal guidelines. Turnaround Time: We treat all appraisals as rush orders and turnaround time depends on location, scope of project and complexity. Many assignments require additional drive time and comps are not usually within one mile; especially in Pacific County, where only 7 incorporated communities exist but still promise a finished report typically within 48 hours of the home inspection.
