DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR .......AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Requested service call for my residence. The man servicing my ac unit said called office to get information on cost of service and part. The secretary gave and estimate and demanded that if money was not there service man had to leave. I arranged someone to bring me cash and assured it would be less than five minutes. After the money was offered to them they claimed they did not have the part and gave me a date of delivery. I gave a follow up call (NO ONE EVEN THOUGH TO CALL ME) and was told the part had not arrived. Waited three days and I called again. The unprofessional secretary told me she called the vendor three times and it had still not arrived, when asked why I had not been notified she have no answer but to say she could have called but....(???) My husband called two days later and the incompetent woman hung up on him. How can a place like this be in business? REPORTED TO BBB, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!

I just wanted to share my experience with Johns Heating and Air. They were great! I had these guys install a new system for me. I searched for about a month before I decided on who to go with to install my new system. Everyone I talked to at Johns Heating and Air was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Out of all the quotes I got Mr. Johns seemed to be the most thorough.



Christina in his office was really great and helped me pick out the system that was best for my needs. The house is not only cooler but more comfortable than it ever has been due to the lower humidity levels. Jason the install guy was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly, really went the extra mile to make sure everything was nicely installed and not thrown together. I really can not say enough about their service!



I rarely write reviews, but I was so happy with their service I thought I would let others know.



Thank you very much Jason, Christina, and Mr Johns! The other guys were great too... I just didn't catch their names.
