Since 1975, Johnson County Community Health Services has brought health care to you. We aim to improve your quality of life throughout both Johnson and Lafayette counties in Missouri. We are federally certified and state licensed to provide a variety of home health services. We have three divisions covering public health, home health care and WIC programming. Our Home Healthcare provides skilled nursing and home aides IV therapy and wound care physical, occupational and speech therapies, social work and medication management licensed nurses and physicians work together to provide home health services. With our home health team, you can maintain independence while recovering at home. We collaborate with local community groups to help provide services for a wide range of needs. Our combined efforts aim to increase the number of healthy years lived by Johnson and Lafayette County residents. We accept both Medicare and private insurance.
