      Never had a bad meal and the service is wonderful. We loved it so much, we had our wedding reception there. Their food is so good, wish they would do weekend brunches.

      Welcome to The World Famous Trappe Tavern, a family run Tavern located in one of the oldest towns in Pa. The Trappe originally opened in in the mid 1700s and was re-established in 1988. The Trappe is open 11am-2am 365 days a year for lunch, dinner, and late night snacks. Kitchen is cooking till 2am Every night! Join us for our unbeatable Happy Hour, Monday-Friday 5-7 and Saturday and Sunday 1-3pm, with drink and Draft features and a complimentary buffet on Fridays. Lunch and Dinner features change daily,with Prime Rib, Fresh Fish and Seafood, Hand cut Steaks and Baby Back Ribs, and tempting Salads and Sandwiches as some of our Dining options.The Trappe is the Only place to book your private parties, with menu choices to fit any budget, and rooms for up to 150 people. For Sports fans, The Trappe has 25 HDTVs up to 70 inches so youll never miss a play, and Live entertainment nightly featuring the areas best Bands and DJs. The Trappe has 3 separate bar areas, Huge outdoor deck bar and beach, and a game room with pool table.
