WHEN I STARTED WITH JODI !! I was a 55 year old male who tried all diets , tried the starving myself thing ,tried various packaged food ,AND STILL ALWAYS HUNGRY !!!After meeting with Jodi ,great personality and never judgmental ,,, During my learning a new way of life with food . Jodi taught me about foods and what they do , how they make you feel and the nutrition they supply to your body ,, She asked me what foods I LIKE and worked them in to my meals , I had 2 life changing events , the first one I over ate and and gained a couple of pounds , Jodi went over it with me and the next time I had an issue i was ready and actually stayed on track ,,, i was completely naive about foods and how they effect my body ,Over all I have lost over 15 pounds !!! 7 inches around my waist ,, I look better ,I feel better and i know that this is a new way of life !!!!! THANK YOU .......

I was tired of being out of shape so I decided to contact Jodie. I began by following her advice on nutrition and then by training regularly with Jodie for just two short months, I was able to lose 15 pounds! When it comes to nutrition and personal training, Jodie has great knowledge and enthusiasm. I gained back the confidence and energy I was missing. I'm feeling stronger now than I ever did before, and I owe it all to Jodie. She was very motivating and supportive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Jodie and I'm grateful to her for the advice and encouragement. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hi , I saw Jodi of ultimate fitness and just finished my program with her. I stopped smoking over two yrs ago, had a hard time getting of the 15 pounds I put on. Went to see Jodi, and she put me on a orogam that was easy to follow, and the food was great. My last session with her was yesterday, I have taken off the 15 lbs and am now feeling great.. She will also be coming with me to the gym to show me some machines to use, for a small fee. Highly recommend. any questions feel free to ask (:..
