Cafe Cusco is perhaps the best restaurant I've ever been to. I would say the goat burger is my favorite. Food is cooked to perfection. I'm a picky eater and was hesitant about trying it but my taste buds enjoy the new flavors. Cafe Cusco will be seeing me numerous times in the future.

This place is a perfect balance of everything you want in a restaurant. Atmosphere is amazing. Beautiful, charming and not too Pretentious. You can actually relax here! Food is flavorful, healthy and filling. The menu has a wide range from the safe to the exotic and prices that are definitely affordable. The staff is super friendly and make you feel like you just belong there. Cafe Cusco is definitely on the top of the list of best restaurant experiences in Springfield. Plus it is inside one of the cities oldest buildings in the beautiful C Street historic district.

My husband and I went for a birthday dinner. We were impressed with the fried guacamole, our dishes, and the dessert. Their Pisco Sours are phenomenal too!

Living in the Atlanta area, we are familiar with many great restaurants. We were in the Springfield area visiting family and this restaurant intrigued us. We decided to try it--great decision! The restaurant itself is amazing--the decor was unique and so inviting. We especially loved the booths downstairs. We felt like we were in our own private space. The food was outstanding and so reasonably priced. We had several dishes but especially loved the Tequenos and the Drunken Goat Seco--so unlike anything we had ever tasted before. We met the owners who are as friendly and welcoming as family. If you are in the area, this is definitely worth the trip. You won't be disappointed!

Cafe Cusco is a beautiful restaurant that offers a,wide variety of unique and tasty items. Most of the menu is gluten free and every dish is individually prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff was delightful! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed as family. Every dish we saw being served looked amazingly delicious. We definitely will eat at Cafe Cusco on a regular basis!
