My daughters college apartment was in need of carpet cleaning and deodorizing. Living 150 miles away it was not easy to do as we planned. I contacted Advanced Carpet Cleaning on a Sunday night I believe, left a message and in less than 5 minutes I received a call back from Jason Gale. I explained my situation college apartment in a complex rugs filthy , smelly and he scheduled a cleaning appt within 24hours. They needed to pick up the keys from the office at the complex with our permission and cleaned the two floor apt before the girls were fully moved in. They spent over 3hours and to my relief she and her roommates are going into a much better environment. Jason Gale was the owner. He returned my phone calls promptly, on time, courteous, honest and reliable. I would use their services again and strongly recommend this company.

Great job cleaning an oriental rug I gave up for lost. Well worth the price. Good service.

3 area rugs cleaned. All 3 came back a little faded but acceptable. I'm generally happy with the cleaning however I didn't appreciate being told that my rugs would be done depending on how many commercial accounts they have come in that get priority. You're required to pay for the job up front yet I get put at the back of the line? No phone call to tell me the rugs were done. I didn't feel like a valued customer. Clearly they're interested in commercial accounts only. Inspect the rugs before taking them home.
