Auto Glass Systems is a locally-owned business that was founded in 1992 by Todd and Cheryl Zoellner. The company has grown into one of the most trusted and relied upon providers of glass for cars, trucks, semi's, RV's, ag & construction equipment.

Actual price and quoted price was 3 times more expensive. When asked to see if anything o be done was told they would get the manager. New guy comes out (presumably the manager) and flat out calls us a liar, then says he will get the manager (thus we were lied to about this guy being the manager). 3rd guy comes out and starts yell at us right away, accusses us of lying and then goes on a tirad of how many hours he works a week. We never said anything about his work ethic and how many hours he works a week, but evidently he decided he needed to justify that.We paid and left.First time I went there was told one price and when I got there was quoted a different price.Most frustrating is that we were lied to about who was THE manager, and that they never even tried to resolve the problem but instead simply called us liars.WOULD NOT VISIT AGAIN

Auto Glass Systems has been great to work with on a number of occasions. They have fixed everthing to do with glass on our vehicles from mirrors, side glass, rear windows & even power window motors. All have been done on a same or next day time frame. I have never had a problem with leakage with any of the work done. Prices have been great also. I would refer any of my family or best friends to this business.

The above review from July was resolved. My headliner came damaged or appeared to be damaged from the manufacturer. The managers at AutoGlas Systems addressed my concerns and the issue has been resolved. I tried to have the above review removed and DEX would not do it.

My boyfriend brought his cadillac in yesterday for a new back windshield. The staff was extremely helpful and even gave us a loaner car to use until our car was fixed. We are beyond happy with the care they took with us and our family not to mention our limited edition cadillac. The windshield looks better than the original and the price couldnt be beat. We are overly happy with their services and hope if we have any problems in the future, that they will be there to assist us..Thank you soo much to the staff at auto glass systems!!!!

Very poor customer sevice - I took my vehicle in for a rock chip repair. They did not tell me until after they broke my windshield, that it could be damaged fixing the rock chip. They severely cracked my windshield and the hose to the tool they used scratched my truck. They then sell me a "discounted" windshield, which was not very discounted and damgaged the headliner of my vehicle installing the windshield. They cut my headliner from side to side very jagged and uneven. The dealer and other glass repair shops said there was no need to do this and they should have called me to inform me they were doing it before doing it. I am very unhappy with the workmanship and customer service and am still waiting for a resolution!!

Don't waste your time. I dropped my car off the night before to get the windshield replaced and they gave me a 20 year old car that was about to break down to drive. After all the hassle, the next morning I got a call that they ordered the wrong windshield because they wrote down the incorrect year of my car.
