A friend recommended Jet Plumbing to me several years ago right after my husband passed away. I have never had a bad experience with this company, and have always found them to be pleasant efficient and fair. Well, yesterday topped the cake, and prompted me to write this review. I met Larry at my house at a little after 3:00 p.m. I was coming from across town and it took me longer than I anticipated so I was a few minutes late. He was pleasant from the beginning with no judgment. When I showed him my problem which I thought was going to mean snaking both bathroom sinks and maybe the tubs, he said it sounded like the sink was running okay although slowly. He unscrewed the suction stopper, which was fairly new, cleaned it out, and screwed it back in only not as tight. The sink drained perfectly! Such a simple fix which I never would have thought of. He said, "How about I just leave the stopper like this and we consider this a no call, and you just always call Jet Plumbing in the future?" I was so shocked and appreciative. I would have never called anyone else anyway, but now I just want to tell everyone else how great this company is!

Water heater replacement went without a hitch. Great service and timely employees. They even called to say when he was on the way.

Jeff Erickson is a great plumber as well as an employee. He really knows what he’s doing, and delivers on it. He’s always friendly, polite and nice. In fact he’s always smiling! He did a great job on my sewer line.

I work for a bank and was told to call Jet Plumbing. That they would take care of me, you come highly recommended!

I had to let you know I was so impressed with Bill's work, he did a great job. After using several other plumbers in the area, Bill was the first to clean up after himself. He made me very comfortable and I will call JET again when I needs a plumber.

I just wanted to send a quick note saying Thank You for the wonderful job you did on my sewer drain. I had another company here in July who said they ran a camera down our line and that our drain was collapsed at the street and for them to fix it was about $8000.00. I called JET and after cleaning our line ran a camera down it and found the sewer line to be in great shape all the way to the city's main. You saved me over $7600.00! I guarantee that if we ever have a problem again, you will be the first one I call.

We have had Jet out on smaller jobs over the years and will certainly continue to call Jet when we have a need for plumbing services in the future. Thanks...Cheers!

Your company recently completed intalling a replacement water line at my home. I am writing to thank you for the outstanding work your employees did. The work was not only completed on time and in accordance with the contract but went way beyond what I had hoped for. In my work as well as my personal life I have been associated with many construction companies and have never seen any company perform with such close attention to doing things right. I just wanted to write a short note to let you know how pleased we were with the work done for us by Jet Plumbing during May. From the work done in replacing toilets to the outdoor work of Jake, Pappy and Bill to locate and repair an underground leak, the work was handled professionally. Most importantly for us was the way the Jet folks approached the work. One would expect a plumbing company to have competent plumbing staff. Jet staffs however, in addition to being highly professional were extremely courteous and friendly. They kept us well informed of progress day-to-day and always maintained the worksite in a neat and safe manner.
