Jerry & Larry (and crew) give hope that integrity can still be found in Salem. I was treated with prompt and professional service in a family run business atmosphere. The repairs to my Toyota far exceeded my expectations, the price was fair and the car was repaired ahead of schedule. These guys give attention to detail and made the experience one that touched a personal level. They worked with me to provide alternative transportation that fit my budget. Jackson's Auto Body is first class! My Toyota repair was better than I thought possible and they finished the repair earlier than promised. Being a family owned business, they care about the customer. They gave me personal attention to detail, honesty and quality professional repair. I have taken 3 cars to this place... the first 2 were up to standard, the last car I took here, I had ot bring back 3 times.There was an issue with the paint, there was an issue with the logo being crooked, and there was an issue with a dent.I was able to get the first 2 resolved, but the dent they said was a shopping cart. There is no way a shopping cart hit that high on my trunk. So I still have a dent in my trunk :(
