I stopped by the Door & Window Store to see if they could fix my troublesome doors which were leaking air and letting in bugs. (My pest control service advised me of where we were getting the bugs in from) First of all, the establishment is of a 1st class caliber. The showroom is incredible. It really made me want to change all of my doors. Although since my budget could not handle such an undertaking I was stuck with fixing what I had. The staff was VERY helpful in getting me the weatherstrip and parts I needed to upgrade my current units. They even took the time to show me step by step how to replace the parts and make the required adjustments to avoid having their service rep come out and do it for me.All in all my dealings with The Door & Window Store have been great, as well as my neighbors. I spread the word and they have had really good device from them as well.Thank you Door & Window for providing a wonderful customer service experience and the great feeling of dealing local in a small town.

I purchased a fiberglass front door to the tune of over $3000. They stained it and installed it. There is a dent in the fiberglass door at eye level and the stain job is sloppy. The mahogany color turns "pink" when the sun hits it. They have offered me $150 back to have the outside of the door repainted and nothing to account for a new door that is actually not new because of the dent. Because the "dent" did not have stain covering it, the Door and Window Store must be the ones that dented it. Be careful if you use this business!!!
