I met with a man named Dave (Haggart?). Not sure if it's the last name but judging from some other reviews of this place I've read, it is. First, we had an appointment scheduled for a Friday at 2:00. He called me earlier and asked if we could meet at an earlier time because the cable guy was coming to his house and he didn't want to miss him. I tried everything I could do during my day to shuffle things and accommodate him but things fell through for me so we met at the regular scheduled time. He gave me 2 estimates for the work I needed done, both under $1000 so it wasn't a huge job. On Sunday, I met with my landscape architect to go over what Dave and I had discussed and the landscaper had a question about the fencing that I didn't know the answer to, so I promptly called Dave, left a message with him on the phone number that he provided me. He did not return my call so I left another message. Again, no response. So I called the company phone number on the estimate. I explained that i had tried to call and left messages and the landscapers were basically at a standstill until I could talk to him. Dave got on the phone and said "Man, don't call me on Sunday, anyway, what do you need?" So I explained that I work Mon - Friday business hours and off hours and weekends are my only time to take care of Personal things. I then asked "Is that why you didn't return my calls? Because your mad at me for calling on a Sunday?" He said to me "My time is limited, i have family, blah blah blah". No biggie, he didn't have to call me back that day.. and leaving a message would've been fine. I asked him if I should find someone else to do the work and he replied "It's just not worth it" I was floored!!!! Then he told me to find someone else!! Unbelievable!!! Anyway, I found another company that was willing to do it. But seriously, if you're going to get any fence work done, look elsewhere! Maybe find a company that knows that a lot of people work during the week and that the world still revolves on a Saturday and Sunday. Terrible customer service.
