**STAY AWAY**Tire Country had very nice customer service yet the work that they did to my truck was not satisfactory in the least bit. I went in for a simple alignment job which the sale rep said would only take about 2 hours. I said ok, I left when I called back in 3 hours time he said still not done will call when done. No problem shops was probably busy, so finally at 15 min before closing i called again and he said, "Ya we didn't get to do it because you have a broken part". That was impossible since the whole front end was redone the day before, hence going in for an alignment. So when I got home I checked the truck and found out that they switched my inner and outer tie rods for used ones. When I confronted them of this they said there was no record and there is nothing to be done. PLEASE I AM TELLING YOU THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS, STAY AWAY!!!

I've been going to Tire Country for almost 20 years. If you have a truck, jeep, hummer, you name it.. this is the place to go. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and the team is extremely knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable and these guys know what they are doing. Most of the crew has been there since I started going, that says a lot about this place. Thanks for making another one of my big trucks even BIGGER!!!
