      Thank you for visiting my website. Making the decision to seek counseling is a difficult and courageous one. Often times in life, we are faced with uncertainty, change and challenges for which we have no preparation. It is in those times that we find ourselves struggling with what to do and where to turn. Thank you for turning to a professional for the help and guidance you deserve. I have been in private practice for over 25 years working with and helping individuals, families, children, adolescents and couples. Areas of focus for therapy include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, assertiveness, effective communication, LGBTQ+, parenting, geriatrics and anger management. I am a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work, Board Certified as a Children and Family Specialist, am a Certified Divorce Mediator, a Certified School Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Supervisor. In addition to maintaining my practice, I speak on a variety of topics from Postive Parenting to the Positive Power of Humor to various volunteer, private, civic, educational, professional and corporate organizations throughout the state of New Jersey. I also work for Senior Care Therapy Services of NJ providing psychotherapy services to residents at Monmouth Care Center in Long Branch and clients at Jersey Shore Adult Daycare in Asbury Park.
