Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. was founded in 1965 by Gus Pape and Gene Dawson, Sr. with the goal of providing quality civil engineering services with a high level of integrity. Since then, the firm has grown to be the largest civil engineering firm headquartered and exclusively located in Texas
