A windstorm ripped off my vent cap located on a steep pitched roof. I’m a very handy person and typically perform all home repairs myself, but I’m afraid of heights or should I say afraid of falling, I called 8 roofing contractors with no replies except one who wanted $300.to show up the following week. I moved to HVAC contractors, called 6 of them and ended up talking with John from J&J repair, an owner/operator company, which owner/operators typically provide quality service at a fair price. I was not disappointed, John showed up the next day as promised, climbed my crazy steep roof and secured a new vent cap on, Total cost just under a $100. I didn’t fall off a roof, J&J made some quick money, and both parties were happy. I recommend J&J, an owner/operator company to anyone looking for great service at a fair price. Call J&J, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had service by J&J.I called ,told the young man my problem and he was at my house within 15 minutes.Solved the problem and even took a $10.00 off coupon from another service that finally called back later in the morning.I'm HAPPY AND MY WIFE'S HAPPY!!!!

On time, knows what he's doing and fair price. Had an other company come out and tried to charge me $164 for a $20 part, $80 for a $9 part and I still had to pay for service call. Would have been well over $350. J

Called about a noise coming from refrigerator. Tech came to house and was over and hour and a half late. Granted he called and said he was running late, but it was still past the time frame he gave me when he called to tell me he was running late. Tech pulled out fridge, listened to it and said he did not hear a noise. Showed him a video of the noise and he said he had never heard it before and suggested we call GE or look on the internet as he was not familiar with this noise problem. No parts were dismantled and looked at on the fridge and he said it was a $50 trip charge when he did absolutely nothing. I understand the trip charge, but at least look at something on the fridge instead of saying that he doesnt think there is a problem. Do not recommend.

I recently had J & J Repair come to my home and repair my furnace. I had already had another company check it and was told it could not be fixed and it was dangerous. I wanted a second opinion and was given J&J Repair's number. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and friendly and within 45 minutes my furnace was up and running. I was told by "the other guy" that it was going to cost around $4000 to replace my furnace, which I wasn't even close to being able to afford!!! Right before leaving, he also took a look at my oven, which was also not working, and it was working within 5 minutes!! J&J Repair is AMAZING!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing this kind of service!!! I am so happy, pleased and completely OVERJOYED!! It was VERY affordable as well!! This experience was the best thing to happen in my life all year!!! I can't thank them enough!!! I have posted this company on my Facebook page as well as the post office in my neighborhood!! I want EVERYONE to know!

Friday night I called J&J repair for an estimate to have a light fixture installed. By it being so late in the evening I wasn't really expecting them to be able to come out until sometime next week. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they could come out today Saturday April 2, at 3pm. Not only did they arrive on time, but they were able to install the fixture on the spot. Very courteous, very efficient and very professional. I highly recommend J&J Repair for all your electrical, plumbing and heating and cooling needs.
