Now located on the 3rd floor of the historic Clark Building on Liberty Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh. Brooks Diamonds offers high quality diamonds, engagement mountings, and wedding bands at 50% below retail price. Also, Brooks Diamonds carries a unique selection of the latest styles in fashion jewelry all at affordable prices. Layaway is always available. Owner, Stacey Brooks, has over 30 years experience in the diamond industry, and believes in educating her customers.
