I live in Flagstaff and Tager Optical was recommended by a Phoenix Ophthalmologist that attended me. I met Mr Tager who was professionally friendly, direct, highly competent and exacting in his approach to my complicated prescription. The glasses he produced fit perfectly and stood up to hard physical wear and tear. After accidentally breaking (beyond repair) the glasses 6 yrs later, I went to a locally recommended "Optometrist." After 2 years the lenses deteriorated and the frames I now realize were 2nd rate. I paid much too much for mediocrity. I have a new refraction due in Phoenix and will again be visiting Bruce Tager with the prescription. This man is unquestionably a professional and a master of his trade. I am a retired professional and can recommend him without reservation.

I've been going to him for 25 years, you won't find an optical store like this anywhere in town. Bruce Tager will get to know you on a first name basis and treat you like family. Not to mention, if you bring him your prescription, your glasses or contacts will come out right the first time. Also, if you ever need an adjustment, whether your a customer or not, pop in to his store and he'll adjust your glasses for free. Definitely worth seeing.....
