      The contractor used Union Air to put in my gas heating system. In that time I have had numerous breakdowns. Two years ago (2013) right around Christmas time it failed for about the fifth time and so I called them. They informed me it was a bad igniter (Ive had three previous failures) and they couldn't fix it until Monday. As this was a Sat I grudgingly accepted. The girl called me Monday and it would be Thur before they could fix it. IT WAS TEN DEGREES. Five days w/o heat. Christmas time 2014 and the heat goes out again. The same rude technician came by and diagnosed a bad gas valve. He said it couldn't be fixed until Monday. As I had heard that before already I called another company and they fixed it that day. BTW Union Air NEVER called me to arrange a service date. Not Monday. Not ever. Until they wanted to collect the service call fee of $100. On both occasions the technician was rude and acted like he didn't want to be bothered. I WOULDN'T WISH THIS COMPANY ON MY WORST ENEMY!
