Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church is a Lutheran church worshiping with the Omaha community. Established in 1858 we have faithfully shared the good news of Jesus Christ, while carrying out our mission as a center for worship, growth and service. Besides our weekend worship services we also offer: Education Activities Youth Groups Bible Study Prayer Groups Book Group Prayer Shawl Ministry Stephen Ministry Parish Nurse Food Pantry Site for the Healing Gift Clinic LLC Our 9:00 a.m. Sunday service is televised live on Cox Cable Channel 2 for your convenience. While Kountze is the largest ELCA church in Nebraska, we maintain a family like atmosphere and a caring congregation. Visit us this weekend to celebrate at this historic and beautiful church.
