Managing stress, chronic pain or illness and brief outpatient behavioral therapy

Behavioral Medicine Clinic's goal is to help you control and manage your stress, chronic pain or chronic illness. A cure or complete remission may not be possible but it is possible to get on with as normal a life as possible in spite of ongoing problems. Specific treatment goals include: increased ability to relax, regulate sleep, exercise or engage in productive activity, decreased depression, anxiety, frustration and pain, less pain medication and less medical visits. Health insurance programs usually cover part of treatment costs. Complete coverage through workers compensation and some personal injury claims.
