They are compassionate and professional. They will work with you for your pets needs. The care received is stellar.

The vet on call the night I went there refused to treat my dog until she had a payment arrangement for us to pay off the $1000 bill in 4 payments when the paper work stated it could be done in "no less than three months". She was rude and I felt like she profiled us as "white trash" the moment she walked into the room. She kept saying something about "certain kind of people" running off on their bill.

My frenchie fell into the pool. We got him there and they was amazing. Jumped into action to save our baby.

I took 2 dogs there to help someone out. I had very little info, but everyone was so awesome and patient! It's all about the fur babies! If I need a vet after hrs I will only go there!

Wonderful people, helped when they didn't have too. I had a stray that got hit by a car I ended up taking him after finding the owners that didnt want him. They were super sweet people.

When we took my 14 year old dog in, they were able to help us dramatically. They were kind and compassionate. They also let us know up front about all charges that would be incurred. I would reccommend them without hesitation to anyone with an emergency situation.

This animal emergency clinic is by far the rudest and most unhelp set of staff ive ever encountered. There was absolutely no helpful customer svc given to me or my sick puppy, and the vet herself was very unprofessional along with the rudest judgmental assumptions. They gave me no kind of explanation to why my puppy was having its uncommon symptoms but was extremely quick to charge $125 for just weighing and listening to my sick puppy's breathing. I would not recommend anyone to see this vet if you are looking for a 24 hr vet hospital and you want your puppy or dog examined and carefor properly.
