A-Able Air did an excellent job! My 15 year old air conditioner had final gone out and I called A-Able and someone was at my house the next morning for a consultation. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the decision to install a new AC which they were able to do the next day. The service was very professional and they did not try to upsell me at all, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend A-Able Air.

Not happy with service on my refrigerator...or the customer service...I had used this company in the past and was impressed with them then...but not this time....they got appointments messed up (caused me to take off work unnecessarily) and the repair was unsuccessful..when I called I was told they would get back to me...several weeks later...I had to call them back...was promised a refund...still waiting...

Didn't show up for work the 1st day. Didn't show up for work on days 5-9 either. Had to find another company to do a $10,000 job. I will not ever use this company again!

If you live on the east coast especially in the south like I do then you know about the heat and humidity. One of your best friends is your air conditioning unit. If that goes south then your in big trouble and that's what happened to me last summer. I don't know whether a bunch of units went down at about the same time but I had a really difficult time getting someone to come out in a reasonable time frame. Then I found a great Tampa air conditioning repair company called A-Able Air Conditioning & Appliance Repair. These guys have been around for nearly 30 years and they work on all brands...very cool! The other great feature was that they had someone out the same day, got my unit fixed and running and did it at a reasonable price. Great job and highly recommended!

You were reading a complaint about A Able Air Conditioning. Filing a new complaint about A-Able Air Conditioning, Tampa Florida-Heat pump was not heating properly. Service man said freon was low coils freezing up-it needed freon. I asked him to check for a leak-He put in 6# of r-22 freon charged $72.00 per lb double to triple regular price-said there was a leak didn't know how long it would heat-told to replace 8 yr old American Standard Trane unit with a new green system-parts for repairs not available. gave us an estimate of $5500.00 said we needed to do it before the yr end to receive $1500.00 gov. rebate. Did not check air handler in attic for leak.Feel price of freon is exagerated Cold Weather

Had a new central a/c unit installed. Everything was good - just needed the sheet metal fabricated to fit from the outside unit to the house. That was over a month and half ago! They haven't finished the job and won't return my phone calls.

Failed Hillsborough County inspection on 3 components related to the HVAC system. Additionally, this contractor cut a roof truss. County inspector is requiring a truss engineer to inspect the compromised truss and to design a proper repair to restore truss to original mechanical condition. The AC works, but these guys screwed up other non related systems. They also destroyed a main 4 conductor cable to my security system which was repaired at my expense. Both the rood truss and the security system cable were damaged while I was at home and not one of the contractors advised me of the damages. This is not a good experience and is not yet resolved. It has been 4 days since the county inspection and I have yet to hear from the contractor.

I had A-Able in 3 times to do 3 different jobs, one being a complete A/C system install. The technicians are great. They arrive when expected, are friendly, clean up well when they're done, etc. The problems I've had with the company are when I have had to call the office for receipts, paperwork, etc. The go to answer is always "the only person who can help you is out of the office", no matter what time of day you call. When paperwork is finally sent (weeks later), twice it has been the wrong thing. I dread having to call the office because I know I won't receive any answers. If I could just hire the technicians independently, I would do so happily.

My air conditioner had quit and after several miserable days and nights I called A-Able Air Conditioning and I am so thankful I did! Their technician, Toby, was fantastic. He got here within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. My air conditioner hasn't worked this well in quite a while. Toby also took the time to explain to me everything he was doing and is even coming back to check my compressor in a few days, just to make sure everything is still working properly. TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU A-ABLE AND TOBY. A-Able don't ever let Toby go.

I recently called a-able due to my a/c being totally off. I was told that the tech would be out within 3 hrs. Their tech Toby showed up within 45 minutes. He was great!!!! He diagnosed our problem quickly and performed repairs immediately. The price was great and the service was wonderful. Thank you A-Able and Toby. I would recommend you to everyone.

I HAD A HORRABLE EXPERIENCE WITH A DIFFERENT REPAIR SHOP WHICH RUINED MY WHOLE UNIT, I WAS AT MY WIT'S END, UNTIL REPAIR TECH. JOSE SEDA OF A-ABLE AIR CAME TO MY RESCUE. A-Able helped me keep my old system limping along real well, until I knew it was finally time to replace it. That was 5 years ago. The installation was complex, and the service in doing so was exceptional. As has been the follow-up for routine service and maintenance. A-Able is the best A/C service contractor I have ever had. I used this company and I am very glad I did. They were expremely professional and honest. I appreciated there service techs knowledge and owner was ready to solve all my a/c questions. Found them to be great - fixed my a/c for a reasonable price - same day!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

We have used them twice for repairs and I found them to be prompt and honest! When my husband thought the fan motor died on our A/C unit they told us it was another part that was ALOT less expensive.

I called them Monday morning because my AC was not cooling. Their service tech came out to my house very sson after I called. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed it in about an hour. And the price was very reasonable. I would definately use them again!
