I love karen at poochie barber and staff , karen i thank you so much for helping my girl I own you !!!! let me tell you i have been going to poochie barber for 3 years and grooming my girl on a regular grooming time frame always looking great, well i lost my job and there for could no longer afford to groom her i went to karen and not only did she not charge me extra but did so much more and i love her for that my g irl looks great and i know she was badly matted most place would have charged me a arm and a leg but not poochie barber karen i thank you over and over again.

I wouldn't go back if you paid me. They didn't seem to care too much about the dogs. Small place, crowded. If you don't love dogs or have patience for them then why are you grooming? DON'T GO!

I bring my dog there and I love the staff, so does "Butch" I feel comfortable leaving him there and know that he will only be there for a little while. The girls are very friendly and loving to my baby. I would never take my dog anywhere else.

I applaud Karen for responding to this negative review. I have a yellow lab that has been visiting Karen’s shop once or twice a year for a good bath, brushing and nail trim since he was 6 months old. Being a floppy eared breed, he is prone to ear infections and I have to clean his ears twice a week. He is now 100 pounds and almost 5 and I have never had an issue at her shop. Her staff is courteous, Niko has always left happy and smells wonderful! Keep up the good work and we will be seeing you soon.

I took my dogs there twice. Stupid me! Both times my dogs got ear infections because they didn't dry their ears well. The grooming ended up costing me 10 times the cost of the groom & my dogs had to suffer the pain of an infection! Even though a good friend recommended this gtoomer (the reason I went twice), I'll never go back, & never recommend it! Pet owners beware!
