She spent 3 to 4 hours with us helping us to make all the arrangements and explaining everything, every step of the way. Exceptional personal service. Very caring and concerned. Knows the funeral business exceptionally well and knows the "system" when it comes to dealing with "City Hall", hospitals, doctors, newspapers, florists, clergy, cemeteries, etc. Fergerson's took care of the little details so that we could concentrate on family and dealing with our grief. I can't imagine doing business with any other funeral home.
