We hired this company to fence in our back yard. First they dropped their auger right next to a sprinkler box and pulled up all our cables with it. Then they skipped a marked spot where a post was supposed to be which messed up the angle of the fence around our gate. Then they did not install the last post next to our neighbors fence to close it off. Also, some of the posts only came up 3 ft 10-11in. high, which is a problem when the pre-fabed panels are 4 ft tall. We spoke with the project manager who said he would send someone out to look at it. They came back and ripped up about a 1/3 of the newly concreted posts and reset them. However, the fence is not straight. It gradually pitches upward then slopes back down like a roof. So now there is a 5 inch gap under this pitch. The project manager said it can be dropped however I will have holes in the posts from where the old screws used to be (not only would I have ugly holes in the post, rain would rust the exposed steel)
