I had major issues with my water in my basement since I moved in. It was getting out of control and I was on a tight budget. I got quotes from close to 5 different companies. B dry gave me the best price, by far. They didn't add unnecessary pipes or create any more sump holes to jack up the cost. They took a look at the project and determined what needed to be done at a very fair price. The day they were supposed to come we were due to get hit with a huge storm. They called me ahead of time and asked if they could come a day in advance. They brought a double sized crew so they could get a 2 day job done in only 1, and boom done. They were very polite and worked extremely hard. The finished product looked great and I haven't had a drop of water since.

We had B-Dry waterproof our basement this summer by installing a drain system around the entire perimeter of our basement and dual sump pumps. From the start of the process, everyone we worked with was helpful, courteous and professional. The quote we received was timely and reasonable, the office staff was very patient (we had to reschedule a few times on our end) and the work men were very hardworking and professional. So far the system seems to be working fine and we would most likely have gotten water over this past weekend after all the rain we had. So far, no sign of any water! I would highly recommend B-Dry based on our experience.

B-Dry completed the installation of a drainage system in my basement a week ago. From the quote to the job completion, everything was conducted professionally. The work was completed in 1.5 days. The floor is patched levelly, and when painted after the concrete is fully cured, it will be difficult to tell where the old and new concrete meet. They protected my belongings with plastic and cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. The new sump pumps are working quite well. As the 108"+ of snow melts this spring, I finally have hope of having a dry basement. So far, so good! And 3/4 of the snow already is melted!

Overall, we were very glad that we chose B-dry to complete our basement's waterproofing. The initial consultation was very easy as well as working with the main office to schedule the installation. The whole installation process took two days and the employees were very prompt. Aside from the construction noise, there wasn't any additional communication until the project was completed. There were some language barriers with some of the staff, but they were all very professional and conscientious. I haven't yet had the opportunity to test out the system/generators, but hopefully we never need to use it to find out. We would definitely recommend B-dry to friends and family looking to waterproof their basement.

B-dry was professional, punctual, and responsive at every step. I called them after we received 3" of rain in one storm in December 2014. My finished basement flooded, and since we had just moved in back in July, this was a top priority to fix to be able to use the space on the bottom floor. We called B-dry and they had an estimator, Don, come out to review our property within a few days, even though they were overwhelmed with calls. The price quoted was fair and either in-line with or below the other three estimates we received. The scope of work ensured we would never have an issue again. The work was scheduled for late Feb. 2015 but we were able to move it up a week due to other people cancelling, which was easy to schedule with B-dry. The crew came and completed their work in two days even though there was a storm inbound (winter 2015...). All in all, a great experience and I'd highly B-dry to anyone having basement water issues. First, we went with the company that advertises a lot on the radio. BIG mistake. They did not solve our problem, nor did we get a completely knowledgeable installation staff.
