Very happy with my service on my pool heater. I had used Bear Creek in the past under a home warranty and kept their card. Problem was fixed the day they came out and for less than what my regular pool servicer had quoted me.

I have used Bear Creek Heating & Conditioning numerous times over the past four years. Each time Barry arrived at the time promised, completed the repairs, cleaned up after himself, and charged what he estimated. On our first meeting, I I was surprised when Barry gave me a price that I believed was for parts which I considered very reasonable, only to learn the price he quoted was my total cost. An honest and reliable repair man!

I don't normally write reviews, but I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Bear Creek. They went above and beyond to replace our heater and air conditioner. The young lady in the office even drove out of town to get our permit, rather than wait on it to be mailed. The day of the installation, they were considerate and polite and even saved us some money off the job. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I highly recommend Bear Creek A/C. I moved into a new house at the beginning of summer and had extremely high electric bills and it was not cooling properly. I knew something was wrong. My home warranty sent out a different company first. That company said it needed freon and added some. My problem got worse. I was referred to Bear Creek by a neighbor. The technician came out and in 5 min discovered a thermostat had been put on and was wired to run both the a/c and part of the electric heater at the same time. The wires were switched and the now too much freon removed and my system is working perfectly. Wish I hadn't waited so long to get a second opinion.

Extremely happy with the service I received. After calling over a dozen names in my area, they are the only ones that not only answered my call, but also tried to help me over the phone before they scheduled an appointment. When the tech came out, he was on time, polite, explained everything to me in detail. I was very nervous due to a previous bad experience. I'm very happy that I've made a connection I feel I can trust

I've been using this company for the last 10+ yrs to service all of my properties. They're honest, do good work and show up when they say they are going to.

I was referred to Bear Creek A/C from my home warranty and was so happy I was. After being left without a/c for over a week because another co stood me up 2 times. Bear Creek called me within minutes of getting my work order. Scheduled me for a couple days away and offered to put me on a waiting list for a sooner appointment. Boy was I surprised when they actually called me for a sooner appt and showed up! Had my problem fixed within minutes. I'd recommend them to anyone and will call them again on my own when my warranty expires.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. A technician came out to my home and wanted to argue about his long day. He was upset that he had to wait until I came home 15 minutes later. Apparently, this company works their technicians so much that they become a hazard to their own work environment. So, I told him to hit the road with that attitude. Has anyone ever heard of customer service. Maybe, this company needs to refocus on servicing their clientele rather than arguing.

This company was recommended by a friend. Glad I called them for a second opinion. Ended up paying half of what the previous contractor quoted me.

They were so nice to deal with. It's also so handy to have a company with more than 1 license. I had my air conditioner serviced and my stove repaired all in the same appointment!

Honest company!!!. Saved my family over a thousand dollars after another company had been out and said we needed to change the a/c because the compressor was shot and no way to repair it --Bear Creek came out and all it turned out to need was $150 repair, they fixed it the same day and it's been running great.
