One man band. Works alone.I called this guy because my A/C unit was blowing warm air. He comes out to my house and complained he had to climb a ladder, fills my unit with Freon ,charged $100,00 and leaves. FYI the normal rate for that is $75.00. Did NOT check on a leak but told me he tighten a nut. Well, I called him the next day because it was warm again. He wouldn’t answer or return my call. I called him again and this is what he said,”Call me tomorrow,” Really? I’m calling you now. Hello!
Bottom line, he works alone so good luck getting him to do anything when he screws up, good luck getting him to do anything that requires customer service. Stay away from this guy and hire a Professional Company (Lynch is a great company).
I strongly suggest do not waste your time or money with this guy. Unless you need someone to cash a check then he’s awesome.
