      Competent for sure.

      I needed a strong lawyer for a most complicated matter. I must say I was impressed with this law firm and its attorneys and staff. I rest better now knowing that my estate plan is in order.

      i hired Cecil Harvell to help me obtain Medicaid benefits for my mother. He was totally informed on the law and helped me so very much during this stressful time. I was concerned that my mother would not receive the care she deserved and I highly recommend Cecil Harvell to any one having to navigate these difficult Medicaid issues.
