I have taken my vehicles here for years. They have always been helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and very honest. I'm not certain if the other reviewer has the correct business, b/c I have always drove away as a satisfied customer!
very dishonest. Had brake work done on my honda by these scam artist.Had issues with noise and returned a couple of times with no resolution to my problem.After missing a full days work, finally went to the local Honda dealer.They showed me the brake pads that were installed were not factory original parts.After installing the Honda pads i had no
problems. the guys at import doc told me they only used factory stuff.WHAT A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really hard to respond to this complaint without specifics. One of my customers brought this to my attention, so I decided to check out the post because it is the only bad one I have really seen. I do not try to find reviews to our shop often because there are too many random places to post to. However, I will say this. If the vehicle was an Acura or a Honda, and it gets brakes at this shop, they will be factory pads, period. If it is other then a Honda vehicle, the customer will have the option to go with aftermarket pads, or wait on the factory pads to be acquired. The local dealership has slandered independent shops in this area often, we hurt their pocketbooks thru reasonable pricing and quality service, but thanks to their business practices, they have become one of our best sources of customers. For all I know this was a post from them, since there is no name. But I will say, that since 1995, with the thousands of cars we have ran thru here, losing a customer because of brake noise, after supposedly repeat visits, and no extenuating circumstances, is not an option.
