Stubbeman, McRae, Sealy, Laughlin & Browder, Inc was formed in Midland, Texas, in 1936 by Frank Stubbeman, Hamilton McRae and Tom Sealy, under the name of Stubbeman, McRae & Sealy, in response to the demand for legal services created by the discovery and development efforts of oil and gas operators in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. In its 70-year history, the Firm has cultivated a respected reputation in the areas of oil and gas law and oil and gas litigation. The Firm has also developed a successful and diversified practice in many other areas of the law, including probate and estate planning, elder law issues, real estate, personal injury, commercial litigation, banking and family law. A number of our attorneys participate in a broad range of cultural, professional, charitable and civic endeavors.
