If you’re not part of their M.D. VIP program which requires you to pay an annual fee you will wait for a minimum of an hour for your appointment. Even an 830 in the morning appointment I had to wait over a half an hour for the doctor to come in just to OK the blood work paperwork for preop. I should’ve been in and out of there in 15 minutes and I was there over an hour. This is not the first time.

Saw Dr Jerry Shockey today for annual exam, as usual everyone was great and very helpful, Dr Shockey took his time to review records and ask me how everything was going. Really appreciate the fact he listens to me. Wonderful experience.
