My husband and I came to "The Graham Insurance Agency" because we needed to lower our cost, to insure our automobiles and home. I worked at a local body shop and found out that they were a direct repair shop for Erie Insurance. I then went to the yellow pages and called them for a quote. Their prices were less expensive and I could keep the same coverage! We have been insured, with this agency, for around 10 years now. It has been nice working with the several different employees, that have been employed at the agency; but one stands out, above all the others! She is always willing to help us with any questions/concerns we have, make any changes to our coverage, or to explain why it is or is not beneficial to make certain changes. She is now, the only employee at the agency, besides the agent. It is very apparent that she can competently handle any challenge that comes her way and do it with care, concern and compassion.
