      LSFP at Lansdowne.A Loudoun Medical Group practice We are part of Loudoun Medical Group, the regions premiere physician-owned, multi-specialty corporation LMG serves as a managing services organization that is goverened by a board of local physicians that are also shareholders in the corporation Electronic Medical Records We utilize state of the art secure electronic medical records at all of our office locations Your records are easily made available to your specialists upon your request After hours care Our providers are available for emergencies by phone 24 hours/7 days per week. We are associated with the LMG Immediate Care Center in Sterling, VA which is available for urgent care walk-in appointments and routine sports physicals 7 days a week. We share a medical record system with the ICC, which enables continuity of care and less reason to worry about seeing a provider that is not familiar to you Volunteer Activities Our providers participate in many and various general and medical community organizations Many of our physicians have served as INOVA Loudoun Hospital board members and committee chairpersons Some of our providers serve as local area school athletic team doctors and coaches.
