The front office Lady/ manager is really rude to the tents. We called to fix multiple stuff in the trailer when we first moved in they wouldn't come fix it the day we called the complaint. Took them days. It turns out the old lady that is in the front office all the time she never called maintenance to go repair. Trailers look nice but they are d and falling apart!

This mobile home park is not well kept. There are many othes here in Las Cruces that are in much better condition with much better service St. John Mobile Home Park has too many old run down mobile homes with exceptionaly high rent payments which exceed the value/worth of what you get to live in. The management team that are hired to work the front office are very rude, disrespectful and dishonest. When you need assistance they refuse to deal with you until they are good and ready to do so on their time. Not kid friendly or family oriented

Coming from the West Coast, I was surprised to find that most of the homes are over 30 years old; rent far exceeds the quality of the homes and the services offered. When asking for assistance, office management was extremely rude. I cannot understand why so many people live there. Not children friendly.
