I just called them to get a quote for them replacing the internal battery on my laptop for me and was told that it could be anywhere from $43 to $60. What in the world in their hourly rate? Because I know for a fact that the part is less than $5 Not to mention that the guy over the phone was completely impatient and rude when I couldn't understand when he apparently asked "What's the problem."
Definitely not going to go with that guy. If anything, I'm considering taking apart my laptop myself because I'm not giving them my money.
Expert repair services. Labor costs low even tho attention is paid to details. Previous reviewer does realize there is lot of labor on laptops.
