      Great Meat at Fred's

      Fred's Market offer's excellent fresh meat and friendly service. Their hamsalad is the best in Fairfield County. I enjoy the personal service I get from the butcher and co-owner Dave Drum. For a quick dinner stop by Fred's Market on your way home from work and pick up pork chops, throw some bake potatoes in the microwave, and open a can of green beans and your husband will think you've been cooking for hours. They also carry Heiner's buns and bread (The Best).

      One of the best things about smaller town living is corner markets tucked into neighborhoods. Sometimes you find gold in those markets and Freds Famous Ham Salad and Pimento Cheese Spread are definitely gold!This South End gem has been serving up Lancasters favorite ham salad for decades its got sweet notes of pickle and is perfect on a Ritz cracker. We like spreading the Pimento Cheese on Chicken In A Biscuit crackers. Local neighborhood grocer. Featuring fresh deli meats & cheeses, beer, wine
