HORRIBLE. BEWARE! I took my car to this auto body shop to fix a rear bumper scratch. It cost me $790 to get it repaired. In the process of this repair they failed to put the rear taillight water sealing washers back on the vehicle. As a result they washed the car before returning it and shorted out both the rear taillight and an electronic board under the taillight where the water drained into. SCHOMP BMW video taped the issue and repaired it for $1023. Bear Creek Auto body claims it is not their fault after admitting they did remove the rear taillights and claim all washers were replaced. BMW dealership has video showing it missing. Bear Creek Auto body refuses to stand by their warranty and claims it isn’t their fault.

I would definately take my vehicle to them! Their work is flawless. The unfortunate part of my visit was dealing with the Geico adjuster. Large Marge in charge has the personality of a rattlesnake. Very belittling in her verbage and tone. Unfortunately she wasn'the around when I picked up my car. I did put a Little Debbie snack cake on her desk. Hopefully, the sugar will help. I also commend the young man from Enterprise. He gave me a hug and apologized for the way the Geico adjuster acted. I believe the young man's name is Cameron.

A warning for other potential customers. They scratched up our car after taking into the shop. They then tried to cover it up by taking pictures after the damage and stating it was previously there. Be very careful with this company. My ongoing experience is very bad.
