I have been doing business with Kent Jewelry and Loan for over 5 years. They are very fair and always willing to help you out if you are short on cash. Frank is the owner and he is very cool. I recommend doing business with them anytime.

Wow, what a dissapointment!!! I was offered $75 dollars for my $1600 ring. He informed me that I had been fooled by the jeweler I bought this ring from. My ring has 16 chocolate diamonds which he told me are colored glass. You fool!!! I am so mad that he would lie to try and make extra money. I would never suggest going to Kent Jewelery and Loan.

Daughter and I went to Kent Jewelry and Loan on Meeker Street in Kent and the older man there told me my diamonds were fake on a pin a took there. He also told my daughter that her ring was fake and the diamonds were not diamonds but colored glass. We immediately took our jewelry to a jewelry store (Kay Jewelers) at Kent Station and were told my diamonds were real and the ring my daughter had was not only real but a collectors piece and her ring was worth $1400. The man at Kent Jewelry and Loan was very rude and I was very embarassed for myself and my daughter the way he spoke to us in front of other customers. So I ask, was the man an IDIOT (he said he has been "looking at diamonds for 25 years") or a CROOK. I would not advise anyone taking their business there.

I had a family emergency and was not able to make it on the day my loan was due. They told me to come in the next day and they let me renew my loan. When you're down on your luck due to circumstances beyond your control, they do not make you feel you are less of a person.

The owners are very pleasant and friendly. OUr experience with buying wedding rings was a great delight.We will be back to purchase other items from them in the future.
