My Father used to always go into Boucher and always talks about how friendly and helpful they are, now that I'm am looking for a wedding ring I stopped by. I met with Jeff the owner who is one of the jewelers. He was awesome very knowledgeable. I saw the price tag on the ring and he was able to lower it so it was more affordable. My dad has been doing business with them for over 50 yrs, I can see why it really is a friendly atmosphere. I will use them again and recommend them.

When I went in I was greeted very nicely and everyone there was very helpful. I was able to meet with the jeweler who was going to be working on my necklace. It was a comforting thought that all the work would be done in house and they weren't sending it to a factory across the country. While in I got to meet four member of the Boucher family who all work in the store together. I got my piece back in a timely manner and it was beautiful. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They do great work.

They do not give you want they quote you. Was given a quote for a particular size stone and was given a smaller stone instead and was charged the same price. When confronted with their error, they refused to put the size stone in my ring that they originaly quoted. Do not trust what they tell you they are going to do. They are very rude, argumentative, and their customer is never right. I used to be a loyal customer but will never return and do not recommend this jewelry store.

This family owed store is great and friendly everytime I go in! Everyone is very personable and they have the highest grade of work. I would really recommended it to anyone looking for high quality jewelry.

Went and had a new crown put on my ring and it didn't even last 6mths. The crown fell off and my diamond was lost. They said that they hold no responsibility for their work. Stay away from this jeweler!!!!!! The only reason I gave them a star is because I had to.

They did poor work and when asked about it they were rude.

Wanted my beautiful wedding set upgraded for anniversary. Took 7 WEEKS for an estimated 10 day job. When completed setting was so horrendous had to take it to another jeweler to fix. Was told that not only did Boucher's leave many stones loose, the damage is so extensive, I may be in need of a whole new setting. Will not return or recommend this establishment to anyone I know!!

I had bought a ring at Kay's and wore it into a swimming pool. My ring turned completely black and I was devastated. I took it into Kay's and they wanted to charge me 30 dollars to send it in to get cleaned. I took it into Boucher's and, even though I didn't even purchase it there, they gladly cleaned it for me. I can't believe the fast and friendly survice. I will make more purchases there from now on! [:

My husband was working out of town during Valentine's Day when I found the perfect ring I'd been searching high and low for. When he returned to Salem, we stopped by Boucher's so I could show him, even though the sale had ended a month before. Steve Boucher happened to be the person assisting us, and he graciously offered -without our having requested- to sell it for the sale price I'd originally been quoted. It is beautiful, of good quality, and looks as if it were made to go with my wedding band. I won't shop anywhere else for jewelry again.

.This place does not treat people well. They are very rude, and argumentative. They do NOT feel the customer is right. Had my wife in tears in the store. We asked for an appraisal to compare with a previous one. The owner copied the previous appraisal and then charged me $60. When questioned by my wife, the owner yelled at her. I will NEVER step foot in that store again.

The best customer service you'll find in a jewlery store. Those Boucher boys are amazing craftsmen.
