I hosted a Thanksgiving party and had plumbing problems, called several businesses to assist but only RotoRooter was available to assist, They arrived before their scheduled time, unclogged my drain in a professional and timely manner, I was able to keep my family happy and comfortable, in light of the situation, Thanks alot Tim Bremer, #2455, saved my weekend and the Holiday

Michael (1932) helped diagnose a sewage leak and provided advice. He was professional and kind to my dogs.

Solid service. Solved the immediate problem and provided options and recommendations for moving forward. Garrick (#335) was the tech that completed the work. He was friendly, professional and seemed to know his business. I gave four stars for promptness because he arrived towards the end of the four hour window the initial call taker said he would arrive in. No problems with his work though. He triple checked the work he did to make sure it was done properly.

I had the pleasure of having Brad (#1184) as my service man. He arrived on time, was knowledgable, professional and provided great service. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis -653 for my leaking toilet. Rotorooter gave me a 4 hour window for his arrival, and he was at my house within the first two. I explained the issue, showed him the evidence I'd seen of the problem, and he explained the possible options, and gave me rough estimates of the cost of each option prior to even bringing his tools inside to ensure there wouldn't be a surprise in the bill at the end. He was quite expedient once actually working, took the time during the repair to show me the issues, explain why it was an issue, and generally how to fix it. He was also honest about the damage the leak had done to my floors, and what sort of time frame I could reasonably expect this repair to last, and what it would cost if the issue arises again in the future. I have no complaints with Curtis -653 whatsoever. I do wish Rotorooter was able to give me a little bit more precise window for the technician arrival, but they were still better than the cable company!

When one places a service call on Saturday, you never know what to expect. R’Cittio (447) was wonderful...not only did he take care of my issue, he was very pleasant and listened to what I had to say about what was going on. He was very courteous and informed me of what was happening and kept me in the loop of each step he was taking care of. Thank you roto-rooter for employing such a professional, and getting my issues taken care of in a very timely manner!

Great professionals, a small misunderstanding at first but got things done quickly and were very polite and explained everything. Omar and Jesse worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the mess left behind.

Chris was a lifesaver! Very professional and courteous. He problem solved well and figured out it was the water line that was obstructed and fixed it right away. Now we are back in business! Thank you Chris at Roto Rooter!!

Dwayne (3453) was great. He cleared a flooded storm drain problem in no time. He explained what the problem was and how to keep the drain clean for the future.

Unfortunately, I had to have Roto-Rooter come to my house for a clogged main line in my garage. When Mark #283 arrived, he was very professional, very knowledgeable of the services that Roto-Rooter has to offer, gave his professional opinion of what was needed, and overall he was a very personable person. When the job was complete, Mark cleaned the work area around the drain and it appears as though there was no issue at all. For an unexpected expense, I was pleased with the work that Mark and Roto-Rooter did!

Mike (1699) was my service repairman. He was very professional and helpful. Next time you need help and have to contact Roto-Rooter, be sure and ask for Mike. He is a great service repairman.

We were not excited about our situation.. Michael H #3409 and Tom B#760 assured us everything would be correctly done and we wouldn’t
be without water.. They did a great job finding the gas pipe which wasn’t where it had been flagged.. It took such skill to dig out around that gas line down to the sewer line..Everyone did a excellent job.. We were pleased with the end results.. We would not hesitate to ask for them back if another issue occurred..

Our kitchen sink was completely backed up and Dwayne (#3453) came to the rescue! He was very professional and explained everything in plain terms to me which was extremely helpful. After the job was done, he even cleaned my sink that had backed up food stuck to it and let my dog back in the house. He went above and beyond! Would definitely use Roto-Rooter again and will recommend them to friends and family!

Keith Satomi (3519) was dispatched to help get out basement drain unclogged. From the start he was very professional and willing to answer any and all questions we had. He made quick work of the clog and gave us advice to help prevent this from happening again. Upon his departure the only way you knew anyone had been there was the open drain. Great technician and company...thanks again Keith!

Dwayne (3453) was a wonderful help with our clogged plumbing! He was kind, patient, and sweet to the dog. He was able to communicate with us about what the problem was and what the solutions could be. He was wonderful! Still wait for our camera inspection though.

We had a sewer pipe break under our sidewalk! The problem was diagnosed quickly with a camera. We could clearly see the break and the rest of the pipe which was not damaged. It was a big job but thankfully it was fixed quickly. Richard was our customer solution specialist and he explained the work needed without pressuring us. John and Robert dug up the concrete and part of the yard to repair the pipe. The were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the outcome. We would definitely recommend them to others.

I give Roto Rooter a better than most review for reliability and professionalism. We have used them for years and can always count on them to get someone out to help us very quickly. IWe routinely have sewer backup issues every 12-18 months. I called at 8:30pm with sewer backed up in the basement. Someone was here by 9:30pm and had the problem fixed by 10:00pm. Thanks guys!

Did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. Tech 0131 Jason Meyer and Tech 0495 Blake Nicholson were very nice and got the job done quick even on a Sunday morning. Thank you!
