Roto-Rooter was the only company who could answer my emergency needs.The Tech's name is Brandon Sisk in St.Joseph.He did an amazing job in solving my drain line blockage.He worked so hard trying to get it fixed before the flooding got any worse.He is very knowledgeable and so pleasant under such intense circumstances..I will put them on the top of my lists for Plumbing and Sewer projects..

Of all the "contractors" I have had come out to our rural property, the Roto-Rooter technicians were the most polite, business-like, respectable techs we have seen since moving here. I was given a window of 8am-12noon for my appointment. At 8:02 they pulled into the driveway. They were very knowledgeable of their craft and offered lots of advice and incite. They were eager to educate us as homeowners. They also went above and beyond the normal call of duty. I would hire them again in a heart beat. No other Plumber in town for us.

Unfortunatley I woke up to a stinky, wet basement. I called Roto-Rooter and scheduled a service call. The technician arrived, was rude and disrepectful. He left when I noted concern over the price being double the cost it was last year. He left with out so much as a "goodbye", just got in his truck and left. I called the number back. I explained my situation, the lady was very kind and understanding. She scheduled another technician to come out. When I asked why the price he quoted me was 2x what i paid last year, she didnt have an answer. However she did retain me as a customer, and when the new serviceman arrived, i could not have been more pleased. He was professional, respectful and worked quickly to restore order to my main line. He reassured me that I was making the correct choice for my plumbing needs by giving them another chance. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs plumbing help!

I called Roto-Rooter at 4pm to schedule an appointment. I was told that their technicians were booked, but that they could send one out the next day between 10am and 1pm. At 12pm, I received a call saying the technician had been held up, and that I would receive a call when he was on his way if that was okay. I received a call at 1:08pm that a technician was on his way from Holden, MO to my home in Oak Grove MO. Mark (Tech # 283) was polite and informative. He carefully explained what he recommended for our homes clogged main drain. He did a very professional job unclogging the drain. He also did some AMAZING cleaning of the area afterwards. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to friends and family and especially Mark (Tech 283).

We were very impressed with our technician, Arscenio. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. It didn't take him long to fix our problem. We also appreciated the weekend service.
